Tad is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Frog, and owner of Scout.
He likes to learn all he can so he can impress his older brother, Leap.
He was born on May 3rd, 1996.

- He is Leap and Lilly's younger brother in the original Leapfrog series.
- He became Lilly's twin in the 2009 series.
